HOPS Yearly Registration 2018-2019
The new school year is almost upon us, which means it is time to renew your registration with HOPS. All athletes and volunteers must complete a yearly form prior to participating in any HOPS activity. Athletes will complete a yearly registration form and volunteers will complete a yearly disclosure statement. All forms are required to be completed on-line. The forms are located on the HOPS website via the registration tab or by using the links below. A form needs to be submitted for each athlete and volunteer, but it only needs to be completed once for the 2017-2018 school year. Please make sure you have registered before attending any event as it has proven to be much easier for those individuals that are pre-registered.
