HOPS Tennis is held year round at the Courtside Racquet Club in Lebanon NJ.  Day and time varies depending on court availability.

HOPS Golf

HOPS Golf offers our athletes a welcoming introduction to the sport by practicing at a driving range in a safe and structured setting. Participants will have the chance to swing a golf club and learn the basics without the added pressure of playing on a full course. The program is specifically designed to ease athletes into the game by eliminating the typical challenges associated with on-course play. No previous golf experience is required for either athletes or volunteers.

HOPS Golf takes place each spring at a driving range in Hunterdon County.

HOPS Rock Climbing

HOPS Rock Climbing launched in 2025 with great success, providing our athletes the opportunity to experience rock climbing in a safe, controlled environment. Thanks to strong participation, positive feedback, and the generous support of a local climbing facility, we are excited to continue developing and offering this program in the future.
